That’s the by-line for Aspire, the woman’s clothing store in Everedy Square, and it really fits. Eileen Foley-Breck left a teaching position at Urbana High School just shy of 2 years ago to follow her entrepreneurial dream and opened Aspire, a unique upscale women’s clothing store.
Aspire provides the kind of shopping experience that most women are looking for. The upscale boutique is full of beautiful dresses for a special event, like a wedding or party. There are lovely casual clothes for a cruise or vacation. And you’ll be happy to see the latest trends and fashions. Accessories, shoes and jewelry to complement, of course, and you’ll find clothes for teenagers to seniors. Aspire has foundation garments (yay!) and “Not Your Daughter’s Jeans” (yay again:)
The clothes are distinctive and beautiful, and Eileen makes sure to order only one size of each. That’s right, you never have to worry about making your entrance to the party and running into someone else wearing the same outfit! You can be confident that while you might not be the only one with great taste, you’ll be the only one with this dress!
Eileen has had the distinct honor of being among 3 nominees for the “Small Emerging Business” category by the Entrepreneurial Council of Frederick County. Her creativity and hard work is being recognized by the business community as well as by lots of loyal customers.
Like many new businesses, Aspire participates in many socially responsible events and is considered a philanthropic company. Eileen Foley-Breck hopes to expand her business to online sales and perhaps open a new location in the future.
One of the perks of shopping in Everedy Square and Shab Row is the free parking. With several lovely women’s clothing stores, a salon, gift shops, a make-up store (future blog post) and great food, Everedy Square is a becoming a destination for women with distinctive taste.
