You might try the Frederick County Museum of History, and the Maryland Room at C.Burr Artz library in Frederick.

I am interested in tutoring (free) in Math . Beginning
Algebra or basic Math would be fine.
I am a retired college professor and taught remedial
Algebra at Montgomery College.

You can call Chris Horn @ 301-644-5057. He is the Science and Math Curriculum Specialist, and I’m told that he would be a good starting point for you to find out about tutoring in the public school system.
