The Historic District takes on a special charm during the Holidays; the beautiful lights and winter activities make for a special holiday season in Frederick!

First Saturday in the Historic District

Every Saturday in December is a “First Saturday” is themed “Three Saturdays in December”, featuring  the theme “Eat, Shop & Be Merry!” There will be a raffle taking place over the three weeks of events. There will be evenings of carriage rides, food & wine tastings, art exhibit openings, guest artists, caroling and other live entertainment, and Frederick Mdsales.  Kids will enjoy free hot cocoa and make-your-own S’mores. 3 pm to 9 pm.

  • The Twelve Days of Unity Campaign – Frederick 48 and FNP Season of Hope campaigns have combined… Go online at (events) to purchase from participating businesses, or visit them in person. You can participate in live and silent auctions. This supports 17 Frederick County non-profits.
